Why are we discontinuing Campfire Club?

We’re evolving our loyalty experience to make it simpler and more accessible for everyone. As part of that change, we’re transitioning away from our paid Campfire Club and focusing on Campfire Community, our free loyalty program available to all guests at no charge.

With Campfire Community, you’ll still enjoy surprise perks, exclusive news, special offers, and insider updates from Lazy Dog, just without a membership fee. Our goal is to create an even more welcoming and rewarding experience for every guest who joins.

 

When was I last charged for the Campfire Club?

Campfire Club memberships were billed on a recurring basis, and your last charge would have occurred on your most recent billing date in February. This would have been based on the original date you enrolled.

If you’re unsure of your exact billing date, we recommend checking your credit card or bank statement for the most recent Lazy Dog charge. If you still need help, please reach out to our team at help@ldmemberships.com and we’ll be happy to investigate it for you.

 

What happens to the Campfire Club benefits I paid for?

Your existing Campfire Club benefits will remain active and available for you to use through 3/31. There will be no charges moving forward.

We’ve added five extra monthly benefits on us as a thank you for being a valued member. These extra benefits are valid for a free starter, dessert, or TV dinner valid through the end of 2026. To be eligible for the extra perks, members must have been an active Campfire Club member as of 3/1/26.

You can also enjoy 10% off takeout and delivery orders through our website, just enter the code from the email you received on 3/2 at checkout.

Can I use more than one of the surprise perks in one visit?

Benefits cannot be combined and are limited to one per visit. This means you can redeem one available benefit each time you dine with us. The benefit will require a minimum spend amount of $0.01. 

We encourage you to spread them out and enjoy the perks throughout the year! 

 

Do I get the same monthly Campfire Club perk with Campfire Community?

No, Campfire Community does not include a recurring monthly perk like Campfire Club did.

However, as a member of our free Campfire Community program, you’ll still receive exclusive news, special surprise perks, and a birthday reward plus updates on promotions and events happening at Lazy Dog.

We’re excited to continue rewarding you in new and fun ways!

 

Will I still receive 10% off takeout + delivery and priority seating?

We’ve extended the 10% off discount on takeout and delivery orders placed through our website through 12/31/2026. Enter the code you received in the 3/2 email at checkout to redeem this discount.

Priority seating will no longer be available as of April 1.

Where can I join Campfire Community?

If you’re currently a Campfire Club member, you’ll be automatically moved over to Campfire Community with no action needed. You’ll continue receiving emails with news, special offers, and surprise perks.

If you’re not receiving emails from us, please reach out to help@ldmemberships.com so we can help. It’s possible there may be a typo or outdated email address on file.

What is the Lazy Dog Campfire Club (LDCC)?

LDCC is a monthly subscription program created for Lazy Dog lovers. Campfire Club™ members receive a free appetizer when signing up, monthly perks, takeout benefits and more for just $5 a month (taxes may apply). Members also get access to priority seating, early access to special events and new menus, and more. 

 

When do my membership benefits start?

Your benefits start the day you sign up! As soon as you are a member, you will receive a free app, an exclusive 10% takeout code, access to redeem your monthly perk and priority seating.

 

When do my membership benefits expire?

Your benefits are valid for one month from when you signed up. For example, if you sign up on 1/15, your benefits will last until 2/14 and will auto-renew on 2/15.

What is included in the Lazy Dog Campfire Club?

Free Appetizer or Dessert

Benefit: Upon signing up, you will receive a free appetizer or dessert to use on a dine-in visit! Only applicable for new members. No minimum purchase required.

How to Redeem: Simply give your phone number to the server and let them know which app you would like to enjoy.

 

Monthly Benefit

Benefit: Each month, you will be able to choose a free TV dinner to take home, appetizer, or dessert on a dine-in visit. 

How to Redeem: Simply give your phone number to the server and let them know which perk you would like to receive.

 

Priority Seating

Benefit: Add your name to the Priority Seating list when there is a wait at the restaurant.

How to Redeem: Inform the host stand that you are a member + provide them with your phone number. The restaurant staff will let you know your current wait time.

 

10% Off Takeout/Delivery Orders

Benefit: Receive 10% off takeout + delivery orders when ordering online with us.

How to Redeem: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Sign into your account when making an online order through our website
  2. Add all the good stuff (food + drinks) to your basket
  3. Select the trophy icon at the top right to apply your 10% off discount!

Priority Access to Events and Insider Details

Benefit: Get early access to events and be the first to find out about contests and new menus.

How to Redeem: You will receive emails with these special announcements. Be on the lookout!

Can I roll over my Lazy Dog Campfire Club benefits?

Your LDCC benefits, including monthly offers, do not roll over from month to month and will refresh when your membership renews. Benefits expire when your subscription renews so be sure to use your benefits each month!

 

Can I use multiple Lazy Dog Campfire Club benefits on one check?

Offers can’t be combined with any other offers at this time.

 

How can I find out what Lazy Dog Campfire Club benefits I have available?

Check in with your server and provide them with your phone number. They will be able to let you know which benefits you have available for dine-in. Be sure to check your email each month for updates on your latest perks. 

 

Payment

How much does LDCC cost?

The membership costs $5 per month (taxes may apply).

 

When will I be charged for the next month?

You will be charged the same day of the month you signed up. For example, if you signed up on 1/15, then your subscription will auto-renew on 2/15. Please note, if you signed up on the 31st of the month, your renewal date will be either on the 30th or 31st, dependent on the month.

 

How do I cancel?

To cancel your subscription, please log into your membership portal HERE. You can locate your subscription under the Account tab. Note: if you haven’t registered for the portal yet, you can do so HERE. Be sure to register using the same email address connected to your Campfire Club account.

What is the membership portal?

We have created a portal where members can easily manage and update their account. Once you create an account, you will be able to view all available benefits to redeem, update your credentials, home store, credit card info and more!

Why don't I see my subscription information?

If you have successfully registered and verified your account and are still unable to view your subscription, please try logging out and logging back in HERE. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at help@ldmemberships.com for further assistance.

 

I have not received the Password Reset email. What should I do?

If you clicked “Forgot Password” and have not received an email to reset your password, then this most likely means an account was never registered. Please register for an account HERE.

 

Miscellaneous 

What is a “home store”?

When you sign up for the LDCC, you must select a participating restaurant to be your “home store.” This is just so we know your preferred location. You will be able to redeem your benefits at any participating Lazy Dog Campfire Club™ location.

 

Can I change my account information?

For any changes to your account information, please log in to your membership portal HERE.

 

Can I join Lazy Dog Campfire Club and Lazy Dog Beer Club?

Of course — the more the merrier! You will able to redeem both membership benefits in the restaurant. Please note that offers cannot be combined on the same check.
