Why are we discontinuing Campfire Club?

We’re evolving our loyalty experience to make it simpler and more accessible for everyone. As part of that change, we’re transitioning away from our paid Campfire Club and focusing on Campfire Community, our free loyalty program available to all guests at no charge.

With Campfire Community, you’ll still enjoy surprise perks, exclusive news, special offers, and insider updates from Lazy Dog, just without a membership fee. Our goal is to create an even more welcoming and rewarding experience for every guest who joins.

 

When was I last charged for the Campfire Club?

Campfire Club memberships were billed on a recurring basis, and your last charge would have occurred on your most recent billing date in February. This would have been based on the original date you enrolled.

If you’re unsure of your exact billing date, we recommend checking your credit card or bank statement for the most recent Lazy Dog charge. If you still need help, please reach out to our team at help@ldmemberships.com and we’ll be happy to investigate it for you.

 

What happens to the Campfire Club benefits I paid for?

Your existing Campfire Club benefits will remain active and available for you to use through 3/31. There will be no charges moving forward.

We’ve added five extra monthly benefits on us as a thank you for being a valued member. These extra benefits are valid for a free starter, dessert, or TV dinner valid through the end of 2026. To be eligible for the extra perks, members must have been an active Campfire Club member as of 3/1/26.

You can also enjoy 10% off takeout and delivery orders through our website, just enter the code from the email you received on 3/2 at checkout.

Can I use more than one of the surprise perks in one visit?

Benefits cannot be combined and are limited to one per visit. This means you can redeem one available benefit each time you dine with us. The benefit will require a minimum spend amount of $0.01. 

We encourage you to spread them out and enjoy the perks throughout the year! 

 

Do I get the same monthly Campfire Club perk with Campfire Community?

No, Campfire Community does not include a recurring monthly perk like Campfire Club did.

However, as a member of our free Campfire Community program, you’ll still receive exclusive news, special surprise perks, and a birthday reward plus updates on promotions and events happening at Lazy Dog.

We’re excited to continue rewarding you in new and fun ways!

 

Will I still receive 10% off takeout + delivery and priority seating?

We’ve extended the 10% off discount on takeout and delivery orders placed through our website through 12/31/2026. Enter the code you received in the 3/2 email at checkout to redeem this discount.

Priority seating will no longer be available as of April 1.

Where can I join Campfire Community?

If you’re currently a Campfire Club member, you’ll be automatically moved over to Campfire Community with no action needed. You’ll continue receiving emails with news, special offers, and surprise perks.

If you’re not receiving emails from us, please reach out to help@ldmemberships.com so we can help. It’s possible there may be a typo or outdated email address on file.
