1. Eligibility. The USC 2026 Tickets Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC (“Sponsor”), the University of Southern California (“USC”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void in Alaska and where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor. Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC, 101 Shipyard Way Suite B Newport Beach, CA 92663.
3. Promotion Period and Entry Periods. The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) separate entry periods, one for each USC home game listed in Section 7 (each, an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period begins when entry is made available before the applicable game and ends at the conclusion of that game. Sponsor may adjust an Entry Period if the applicable game is rescheduled, canceled, or materially delayed. Entries do not carry over from one Entry Period to another.
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter. Regardless of entry method, limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Entries in excess of this limit are void. All entries must be received by the end of the applicable game to be eligible for that game’s drawing. 4(a). Online entry. During an Entry Period, an entrant may complete and submit the entry form on the USC-versioned Sweepstakes landing page. An entrant may access the landing page by scanning the promotional QR code at the Lazy Dog tailgating location or by visiting the landing page directly at [https://lazydogrestaurants.com/pages/usc-gameday]. Scanning the QR code is not required. Entrants must provide the information requested on the entry form. Entries may be tracked using the applicable QR code, UTM parameters, or other campaign parameters. 4(b). Mail-in entry. To enter without using the QR code or online entry form, handprint in English in black ink on a 3” x 5” piece of paper the entrant’s complete name, mailing address, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and the USC home game Entry Period for which the entrant wishes to be considered. Mail the entry in a properly stamped envelope to: “USC 2026 Tickets Sweepstakes,” Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC, 101 Shipyard Way Suite B Newport Beach, CA 92663. The mail-in entry must be postmarked by the end of the applicable game and received within five (5) calendar days after that game. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, postage due, late, or otherwise not compliant with these Official Rules are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of delivery. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Requests for confirmation of receipt will not be acknowledged. 4(c). Email marketing consent and offer. By entering the Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method, entrant expressly opts in and consents to receive promotional and marketing emails from Lazy Dog Restaurants at the email address provided. Consent is not required to purchase anything. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a Lazy Dog email. Online entrants may also be presented with an offer for a starter on a future visit to Lazy Dog and a welcome email; any such offer is subject to its stated terms and expiration date.
5. Drawings and notification. Within forty-eight (48) hours after each applicable game concludes, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified by phone or email using the information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days and may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not timely return requested documentation, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate drawings may be conducted.
6. Prizes. Five (5) prizes are available, one for each Entry Period. Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to a future USC football game during the 2026 season plus a $100 Lazy Dog Gift Card to use at any Lazy Dog Restaurants & Bar location. The specific game, seat locations, delivery method, and approximate retail value will be determined by Sponsor and/or USC, subject to availability. No cash alternative will be provided. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
7. Eligible 2026 USC home games. Saturday, September 12 vs. Louisiana; Saturday, September 26 vs. Oregon; Saturday, October 3 vs. Washington; Saturday, October 31 vs. Ohio State; and Saturday, November 21 vs. Maryland. Dates, times, opponents, broadcast information, and locations are subject to change.
8. Prize conditions. Winner and guest are responsible for transportation, parking, accommodations, meals, gratuities, taxes, and all other expenses not expressly included. Tickets are subject to all applicable ticket, venue, health, safety, and conduct terms. Tickets may not be sold or resold. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. If the designated game is unavailable, rescheduled, canceled, or cannot be attended, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value or award no substitute, as permitted by law. Prizes are nontransferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.
9. General conditions and release. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses automated or fraudulent means, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or abusive manner. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances impair its administration. Sponsor and USC are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or technically defective entries or communications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, USC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize.
10. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, participation grants Sponsor and its licensees the right to use entrant’s name, likeness, hometown, and prize information for Sweepstakes-related advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. USC disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC. USC is not responsible for the administration, operation, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes except as expressly agreed by USC. USC names, logos, and marks are used only with permission and remain the property of USC.
12. Governing law and winners list. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
